The Baker's Daughter

Hi,

Hi Shonna!

I was really taken aback when I saw the article on your business showcased in the Living Here FAMILY column of the Sac Bee this past Tuesday.  I saw the words “Cramer’s Bakery” and it was interesting reading the article on the business that you have tapped into.  I hope that my grandkids who are just wee ones at this time can, in the future, participate in your classes.

What an extraordinary opportunity you must have had – with so many memories – working with your family in what was known as the very very BEST bakery – bar none.

I have a lil question:  Do you know of anyone that makes that delicious cinnamon nut bread that was made at your family’s bakery or where I could obtain the recipe.  Heavens, I used to swing by off the freeway on my way home from work, especially in the wintery cold months, to get some loaves.  Usually I’d call ahead because if I didn’t, well, there might be barely one loaf left.  We also bought these as Christmas gifts year after year and the folks would always be eager each year to receive.  Everyone – and I mean all our friends and relatives – couldn’t say enough about this bread.

Another favorite of mine was the oatmeal crisps cookies – gooey, yummy, snappy, and just the WOW factor.

When we found out Cramer’s Bakery was closing..............it literally blew us away.

Anyways, from the photo in the Sac Bee it looks like you are truly enjoying your family and the daily adventures of your business. I’ll be checking your website out and sending to my friends.

I took my son to your haunted house and gingerbread house classes, and we had the best time together, so when it came time to collect donations for my son's preschool fundraiser, I thought that anything from the Baker's Daughter would not only be fun, but would make us a lot of money!

My son goes to ____Preschool, and to help keep our high quality preschool available to everyone at a low cost, the school holds an annual auction with items donated from local businesses.

Please, consider making a donation to our preschool.

Hi Shonna,

How are you?  I still owe you $5 from our last event- my girlfriend gave you $5 for me and not $10.  I haven’t forgotten!  I know you said not to worry, but I had meant to send you a thank you card, but time slipped away and we had our baby girl two weeks ago so nothing is getting done anymore! 

All the moms that attended our Holiday Cookie Decorating activity have said they want to come back and do a Valentine’s Day activity.  They are thinking they want to try cupcakes this time to be different.  Is it possible to do a mix of cookies and cupcakes?  If not we’ll do cupcakes!  So, are you available for another toddler activity on _____If not, let’s talk other dates.  I want to get the Evite out asap so I can get moms to commit.  Cannot wait!!!!  And I’ll bring the $5!
